Looking at the various elections across the country, I feel that more than BJP winning, it is the opposition losing that is deciding the results. You look at Bengal, Delhi, UP or Orissa. It's the dissatisfaction of the voters with the ruling/alternative parties which is deciding those results. In absence of other credible alternatives. BJP seems to be the only viable alternative. This is what I feel. Do you guys agree?

PS in several other cases like Gujarat, Maharashtra, et cetera, BJP's the definitive party.
