There are 5 NWSL involved-games on a Wednesday, so I was curious what everyone's plan tonight was (all times ET)?
7:30 - Gotham/America - Paramount+

10:00 - Angel City/Kansas City - Victory+
10:00 - Portland/Bay - Victory+
10:30 - Washington/Pachuca - Paramount+
Just a reminder, this is a YOY league wide tracker to keep an eye on broader attendance trends across the league.
I trust everyone reading this is intelligent enough to interpret the context (weather, week night games, stadium issues) some teams face without having me to provide team by team explanation on why the numbers are down YOY. This includes the people who decide to complain about the post I've been doing for 2 years now. If you want to see something else, the data is freely available; I am excited to see what you come up with.
* Week 8 had the 3rd largest average attendance in a week this year after Week 1 & 3. I included this year's running count on the right.
* Utah had their lowest announced attendance this year.
* The league is 3.7% above last year after this week. Still lower than 2024 by a small amount.
* Boston's Tuesday night game against Orlando had 8k, which is about 4,200 more than their previous weekday night game against North Carolina. This was also their 2nd to last Gillette game.
* This weeks week night games are: Houston/San Diego, Portland/Bay, and Angel City/Kansas City. Boston plays their first game at Centreville Bank Stadium on Friday.

* Week 7 had the 6th largest average attendance in a week this year.
* This doesn't count the Bay game, which I can't find on the league website, Steve Goff's feed, ESPN, or Fotmob.
* Angel City & Gotham had their highest number of the season. Utah had their lowest.
* The league is 2.6% above last year before what should be a summer bump. It's still tracking about 4% behind 2024.
* Angel City
I haven't been able to find Orlando/Washington from this weekend.
