When the light turned green, he honked at the broken down car that obviously couldn't move. Their hazards were literally on- do people not have spatial awareness??

It was a small and full parking lot with no other spaces (besides the disabled spot). The Tesla parked as close as it could to the right.

Tesla's spot is extremely small. (Check the second picture)
