Hello All,
I recently switched from Big4 to HCLTech. And now about to get offer from Accenture S&C India.

Reason for switch - Career growth and Type of work in HCL is not my liking.
Tech- SAP

Can anyone guide if I should make the switch or continue here ? Needs some insights on type of work in Accenture S&C and WLB.
