1. Loan Specialist - St. Pete, FL - Looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, can manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans at a time, and have an understanding of TRID Regulatory Guidelines. Initial 6 month contract and hybrid in their St. Pete Office.
2. HR/Manufacturing Recruiter - St. Pete, FL - This person will be recruiting in HR/Finance & Accounting, but also maintenance people as well (groundskeepers, etc). Initial 3 month contract with strong potential to convert perm. Hybrid in their St. Pete office.
3. Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Tampa, FL - Looking for someone with a strong legal background that can track portfolios, agencies, and law firm KPI's. Will be managing two revenue streams simultaneously (Debt Portfolios and Outside law firms). Need to be strong in Excel. Direct hire and On-Site in their Tampa office.
4. Solutions Architect - Tampa, FL - Looking for a strong architect who has a background in Java Engineering and cloud work/ This person will be doing system integration, API strategy, enterprise application integration and data flow design. This is a contract to perm opportunity and is hybrid in their Tampa office.

  • This person will be making sure all client account documents meet industry regulations. Will handle batching and scanning of returned mail, troubleshoot issues, and follow up with phone support. Looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, strong MS Office experience, and comfortable in a client facing role.
  • Monday - Friday in office. $23/hour
• Project Manager - Tampa
  • Looking for a project manager with 3-5 years of experience - ideally in the commercial real estate or similar industry. This person will be dealing with external clients to schedule meetings, provide status reports and timely communication.
  • This person either needs to have their PMP Certification current or comfortable getting it in the next 3 months.
  • In office Monday-Friday with some flexibility. $80-85k with potential to make more once PMP is obtained.

1. IT Procurement Admin - This person will be doing a mix of procurement and IT Asset Management. You'll be assisting with purchasing and managing IT assets and software requests. Will be responsible for working with onsite techs and create all purchase requisitions. This is a contract position initially with possibility to extend/go perm. And is onsite in their office. 2. Senior Contract Administrator - This person will be responsible for cradle to grave contract administration and contract modifications. They need someone who has experience in the FAR/DFAR space and comfortable handling negotiation support. This is a direct hire position and is hybrid in their office. $100-115k/year

My client in St. Pete is looking to bring on a few Operations/New Account Specialists to their teams. These are hybrid roles in St. Pete and start off as contracts with strong potential to extend and/or go perm. $22-25/hour based on experience.

WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUT

1. Experience in a contact center environment and college degree preferred. 
2. Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to interact with associates at all levels of the organization as well as financial advisors and branch personnel. 
3. Identifying and resolving operational issues.  
4. Analyzing operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Outsourcing in coordinating with law firms and agencies
• Manage the performance of outside agencies and legal firms by tracking KPIs and SLAs
• Address underperformance or non-compliance through corrective actions
• Maintain strong relationships with outside agencies and law firms
• Support audits and reviews related to outsourced collections
• Organize meetings, prepare documents, and manage correspondence
• Update accounts with notes and status from agencies and law firms
• Support data entry and QA processes
• Review and execute affidavits and ensure timely submission
