What are the best places to visit in Seoul for someone who likes architecture, interior design and beautiful surroundings?

So far I only have Starfield Library and Yonsei University...

Jeju Lotte rental car, no discount?

I previously read if you sign up for membership with Lotte you get a discount on rental cars on Jeju island. However, when I went to create a membership it says discounts are not available on Jeju island (screenshot below under the "First" step). Am I missing something or did they change their policy?

Why are Jeju flights expensive and sold out ~6mths out?

I've probably answered my own question, but I'm looking to travel during cherry blossom season next year, but flights on Korean Air are mostly sold out or have increased a lot (over 90k) due to demand. Is it usually this high in demand this time of year? How far in advance do you look to get the cheap flights?

Whereas I'm looking for this year, within the month or even around Chusoek, flights are cheaper compared to the time I'm looking to go.

I wanna just buy from Korean Air, because I've read prices don't go down. However, what if cheaper flights come out from Air Busan or Jeju Air (they're currently not released for the end of March)? Or should I pay more for peace of mind and go with Korean Air, people have mentioned to stick with a bigger company and not the budget airlines. Dilemma...
