My flatmate and I are looking for a chill third flatmate to join our 3BHK at Purva Sunshine Apartments, Sarjapur Road (Bellandur side)
Its on the main road - easy access to HSR and all other major localities, 4kms from 27th main
The available room comes with a dedicated washroom
• 18k room rent
• 5.5k maintenance ( divided by 3/ to be paid quarterly )
• Security Deposit - 2.5 Lacs divided by 3
• Water and electricity (subsidized rates), cook, cleaning, wifi, drink prime divided by 3- on actuals
Move-in: last week of May

3BHK super spacious flat (1500+ sqft), extremely well ventilated, has a really nice common balcony (sunset vieww) and gets amazing sunlight ☀️( this felt like luxury tbh)
