ok, i am 99% sure this ain't canon, but hear me out. Let's get right to the point: Dippy Fresh is a Dipper Clone from the episode Double Dipper. The two clones who stole Robbie's bike, i believe they were 5 and 6, never came back to the Shack. So, in my head-canon, they bought a tent, and when it was raining, 6 shoved 5 out of the tent where they were staying, and then made a deal with Bill, eventually convincing him that he was a dipper CLONE who betrayed dipper. Eventually Bill agreed and transformed him into Dippy Fresh. THE END.
