My THR right side is Wednesday!! I thought I had everything covered but reading posts now I’m second guessing myself and think I should rent the cold-therapy machine. Started looking online… so many brands, so many mixed reviews! HELP what do you recommend and why?!

Just about at the 6 month mark and down 30 lbs. Ten more to go to reach the weight I was at when I first felt fat.

Funny how time makes a difference. I’ll be happy when I get to my “first fat weight” but ten years ago I loathed that number on the scale. Now I’m striving for it!
