Are there any good no-plastic coffee makers remaining?

I’m turning 30 in a few months, and just like any other level headed adult, I embraced my transition into coffee snobbery. That is to say, I’ve never really used anything better than a cheap supermarket drip coffee maker (bless my Black and Decker that has served me for the last 5 years), and now suddenly I am interested in getting a high quality plastic-free pour-over experience, price no matter.

However, it seems like I’m late to the party. Ratio has downgraded from metal/glass to plastic across their Eight Series 1 and 2. Same story with the XBloom Studio. The Fellow Aiden never had no-plastic build to begin with. Are there any remaining good all metal-glass coffee makers available?
