Cosmoprof

Hi! Just wondering if anyone knows, I’m a licensed esthetician and I often shop at cosmoprof (Canada) for my shampoo/conditioner and some esthetic supplies. I want to buy some products to dye my hair, but I’m not sure if my license restricts me to just esthetic products and some hair products.
I had an embarrassing experience at one cosmoprof a couple years ago where I asked the worker what dye she’d recommend and she told me off for being an esthetician trying to buy products that would chemically change my hair and then demanded to see my ID and a piece of mail with my name and address on it lol, so I’ve been scarred since to even ask at other locations.
Thanks!

Switch from remicade to remsima sc?

I’ve had colitis for 13 years now (since I was 10), when I was first diagnosed I was on prednisone, then imuran, then pentasa (sorry if I’m spelling these wrong!). They each stopped working and I went into a pretty severe flare up when I was 11. At that point my specialist at cheo started me on remicade which later on switched to renflexis.
I’ve been in remission ever since, though I’ve had a couple very minor flares causing my dosage to go up and my time between appointments to be shorter.
Lately I’ve started to dread my appointments just because I have difficult veins and it usually takes a few pokes to get the IV in, and it’s just started to become increasingly annoying having to schedule my life around when my next infusion is. I also have pretty severe psoriasis on my ears (scabs all over them) which my doctor believes is a side effect of my medication and no matter what topical creams i get prescribed, it never goes away. Honestly I guess I’m just getting tired of it after doing it ever month for the last 12 years.
I just found out that there is an injectable version (remsima) that you can do yourself every couple weeks, which potentially sounds like a good idea for me. I haven’t spoken to my current specialist about it but was wondering if there’s anyone here that has switched from remicade to the injectable version, and what your experience is?
Obviously I’m grateful my medication does work, just has become a bit draining mentally after being on it for so long, so I would love some other peoples opinions.
