Rainbow or blacklight hair stylists?
Im looking for something very specific so id love to know if anyone can achieve my desired look.
My current look is long thick wavy hair that has been dyed for almost 15yrs. I've been using a permanent red with a 30 developer. 70% of the time i keep it curled but I love to go dancing/raves and usually then it ends up in low pigtails, space buns, or a regular bun.
My preferred outcome is:
Keep my all over permanent red in the same bright red shade. I dont want to switch to a lighter/darker shade and i want it to remain a permanent color. I love my current fiery red. I want a peekaboo section of rainbow that blends very well and doesnt look like just stripes of colors. I want the rainbow to be UV/blacklight reactive. I want the colors to fluoresce as their corresponding rainbow colors under blacklight (red, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple). Id like the rainbow section to glow in the dark/blacklight/uv but I would also like red tinsel and some small pieces of red glow blended throughout and strategically placed on the crown/sides/underneath so when its all pulled up it will still be able to have some glow since the rainbow peekaboo will become hidden completely in a full updo hairstyle.
If no one is able to achieve the glow aspect of this then I am willing to compromise and proceed without.
