Any Cheesecake Lovers Out There?
Cheesecake is my favorite dessert, but cheesecake-flavored ice cream never seems to go far enough. I don’t want a polite little hint of cheesecake. I want to hit actual cheesecake halfway through the pint.
So I dreamed up Half Baked Cheesecake: chocolate and cheesecake ice cream, brownie chunks, cookie dough, graham-cracker swirl, and a full no-bake cheesecake core.
Basically, it’s for those of us who believe the correct amount of cheesecake is “more.”
This is just my fan-made dream flavor, but I’m curious: Would you eat this, or have I finally taken cheesecake too far?
Other names considered: Cheesecake Half-Baked.
