Determining value for a Lance 650 for sale / trade

I have a 2023 Lance 650 in excellent condition and looking at selling or trading. We moved from Utah about a year ago to the midwest and I just don't use it out here. I just don't know where to begin determining a value for it. I'm considering an outright sale or trying to find someone with a late 60s early 70s 2 door Bronco for trade - always wanted one for a project. The camper has the 4 season package and all that. And I can part with the turnbuckles and tiedowns as well (Torklift for an F-350 - 2017). Just trying to get a ballpark number I can start with for negotiation.

1958 Jeep Fc170 Truck Camper

This is not mine. I just saw it on Marketplace and thought of you all. What a beast! It's listed in Attica, Indiana. There are more pics and details on it in the listing. Too pricy for me, but surely would make a nice fixer-upper for someone out there.

  • Both in their Prime.
  • Karl's pre-fight meal: 1 platter of mustard and Biscuits with french-fried taters.
  • Carl's pre-fight meal: 112oz can of chocolate pudding.
  • Karl is armed with a lawn mower blade.
  • Carl is armed with a machete.
  • Fight to the death.

We bought this house a year ago and have been slowly remodeling, and the backyard is our next grand adventure. The previous owners added this sunroom, and we've found it to be pretty much useless. There are only a few weeks in the spring and fall where it's not either a big freezer or a hot box, and overall, it was a pretty shoddy DIY job, much like that paver patio you see.

I'd like to convert it to a covered patio, retaining the roof structure. It sits on a concrete pad that has been covered in tile (which will be removed). We're thinking about a low brick wall around the perimeter with capstones and some type of posts for support. We'd have to remove the drywall in the ceiling and replace it with something else. Eventually, I would just make this a sitting area, or perhaps a small outdoor kitchen.

Looking for any thoughts, considerations, or ideas for the space!
