How do you deal with worker strikes?

While doing risk assessment for operations a risk that was present was a strike. Until now we don’t know a good way to deal with it. So my question is how do you deal with a massively reduced workforce as well as potential sabotage

Increasing throughput and worker satisfaction by replacing all of our operators with masochists and have a dominatrix monitor them

When measuring the throughput of a company you notice lots of bottlenecks arise as well as multiple reports of exhaustion and alienation in the workplace. Not to mention the rise of workplace accidents despite the clear warnings and multiple safety trainings that we do.

It’s clear that the reason is that the operators have been in a constant state of “airplane mode” where they go through a routine to block out the boring and repetitive process of a factory. Reports show that workplace satisfaction directly leads to an increase in throughput (Celestin et al., 2024).

Therefore to make the operators more focused and more motivated to go to work we replace all our current employees with masochists. Masochists would go through the entire repetitive and harmful work cycle without feeling a thing because a dominatrix would constantly whip them to make them work harder and focus on the task. This breaks the monotony of work and will cause an increase in productivity.

Justification:

- retention through gratification.
- decrease of human cost: salaries will be lower since they would enjoy working so much.
- less workplace accidents because is it really an accident if he consented?

Challenges:

BDSM Domination is not ISO accredited.
