ScritterClacks - Speed vs Strength

Why is the audio for the hits delayed? No idea, I haven't used unity in years.

Speed has a dash towards their enemy they do randomly that does 4 damage if it hits (might do multiple if there are multiple hits in a dash)

Strength throws a fist randomly that does 12 damage if it hits.

>!when I was simulating this, there was a round where strength didn't land a single hit so the fight could have gone either way but I guess the original comic is accurate.!<

This probably won't be a series, this took way longer than I thought to make.

The Powerscaler tests Speed (What happened when PowerScale opened his eyes)

(This is technically a new Scritter since PowerScale(R) is a seperate being with his own abilities, he just shares a body with PowerScale)

If you don't know, this comic is to show what happened when PowerScale opened his eyes in this post. PowerScale(R) is the Scritter that awakens whenever PowerScale opens his eyes. His ability may not be fully clear in the comic but essentially he has to either upscale or downscale himself to a level that he believes is directly above the level of a Scritter he is facing. If he goes too high or too low, he does no damage regardless. He also is a powerscaler himself which is why he is aware of all the Scritters feats even without personally seeing all the fights.

The PowerScale

Normally I write a lot of lore about the Scritter but I think this one is more interesting if kept vague. (I'm not even sure if anyone reads those). Also, if it isn't clear, PowerScale can't see, he's not squinting.

The Scritter that shouldn't exist.

This Scritter has a lot more lore to it. Short story is that in the early stages of existance before Limitless's awakening, two of the earlier Scritters where Peace and War. Peace and War were always struggling against each other with War agitating the void beings to fight and Peace trying to calm them down. When limitless awakened, War was killed by limitless but Peace survived being sent to the edge of True Cosmology. And yes, he did just leap back. And now that War is gone, Peace believes that it is his time to finally rule all of existence once and for all.

Peace's ability is to negate combat itself. He can emit an aura that completely halts a Scritter's ability to fight against them. The only one who can overpower this is limitless (and the pillars and true cosmology but not absolute). But the irony is that even with the overwhelming power they possess, they cannot use it to fight at all.

(Also, consists true form I probably won't ever fully draw but it essentially looks like a skeletal book dragon with the wings being books. He is usually not pushed to using it especially not in the creation disc as he could destroy it with his presence)

If Sticks and Stones can't do it, maybe words will?

(Don't question how they're speaking to each other, it just works)

So Roast, is a lot simpler of a concept of a Scritter. A Scritter that insults people and then can use those insults to literally burn them. The flames of fraudulence scale to how hurt the Scritter was by the insult. If it is strong enough, they can become Amaterasu like flames that endlessly burn until there is nothing left. Roast himself is a bit of a cynical guy because his ability causes him to be flooded with every bad thing a Scritter he meets has done to use as source material for his Roasts. He spends his time doing Stand-up comedy and his ability is useful for it (not the flame stuff).

As for Consume, his only purpose was to be killed by Roast. But essentially he was just a wannabee villain who thought he was him when he wasn't.

Pride Month comic since everyone is doing this ft Consist, Self Insert, Illiteracy and Pacify

Bonus Lore:

Consist (Narrative Consistency) was originally the bearer of the title "OP" overpowered. Realising the power of those cemented in the lore of the world after losing to Damage (that is how he got his scar and lost both his arms which are replaced with the gauntlets) He reassigned his own title to Narrative Consistency and serves Collaborative Writing Community in preventing other Scritters from damaging the world as much as he once did.

The type of Scritters Consist eliminates are 1. Scritters that are too OP without a good enough narrative justification for that strength 2. Scritters whose title/power is too similar to another's 3. Older Scritters that no longer fit in the current Narrative but are still around for some reason.

Self Insert and Illiteracy were siblings as fodders but grew apart when manifesting their titles. The comic is set after a narrative I originally planned for Self-insert where their scaling-expansion was a self contained fan-fiction novel where they can summon anyone to take their powers. After absorbing the powers of many different Scritters, they actually lose to Illiteracy due to the unpredictable nature of his power (it was still an extreme diff). But after learning who he was, they become closer again.

Pacify won't actually attack a Scritter with absolutely no intent to fight him. If they don't want to fight, he's perfectly fine with chilling with them. But if a Scritter desired to kill him and then backs off, he still views it as fair game to kill them.

The Consistently Strong Scritter.

(If it wasn't clear from my terrible drawing, that's supposed to be a scroll around him because he literally has the story on him and fights to protect it).

So the concept around this Scritter is based on the idea that a character's power is worthless without a good story behind it. Consist (Narrative Consistency) is the right hand of Collaborative Writing Community, responsible for removing Scritters not deemed "Canon" to the Scritterverse. Either Scritters who conflict with established lore, or one's whose power undermines the lore. He is the embodiment of the concept of consistency itself and is essentially [Title Card], especially to those who have no meaning story behind them (like OP mary sue Scritters). It doesn't matter what super OP ability they have, if their narrative has no weight to it, they will do nothing to him. And when they are killed by him, they are erased from the narrative itself. This is a Scritter that I felt like needed to exist to purge all the Scritters that no longer fit in the lore anymore. Canonically, all the OC Scritters in this subreddit were killed by him. Any new Scritters created that are too OP will be targeted by him. Don't think that means that any Scritter with a story can beat him though, he is a god on the highest level responsible for the narrative itself. The best you can hope for is him accepting your strength and letting you go, like he has done to some of the other gods before their rise.

Strength vs The Fastest

Self-Insert has the ability to manifest as the "perfect" version of a Scritter. Perfect as in they lack the main weakness that the Scritter may be insecure about (Like Speed's durability). The usage of "Self-Insert" is in the way that they have to do what the Scritter wants them to do "self-inserting" into their role. But they can technically stack these and the separate powers would have their own restrictions so they would be less limited the more powers they obtain. They also do have a connection to Illiteracy, may or may not follow on that if I feel like it.

(Also, I don't actually care about Speed vs Strength, Self Insert just cares a lot about Speed.)
