I (29, they/them) have problems with my working memory (similar to short term memory loss), and I'm wondering if it's disingenuous to need help from a guide while reading tarot? I feel the intentions of the cards, but I have a hard time finding the words to say until after I look up the meaning (just the trigger words).

I feel bad for not being able to do it even though I've been reading for a couple of years now. Also, I only do 3 card readings.
