Do SMCZ exist on the old generation? My homie only has xbox One and he says they don't pop up for him

So i have a level 81 saiyan, and i keep seeing people with like 14 bars of ki/stam and like 5 health bars. How would I go about doing this and getting up to level 199 while also keeping up with online players?
