My bees are suddenly so angry

There have been some questionable things happening in my hive. There were some weird things happening with the queen cells but no swarm, also I cannot locate the queen.

The bees have gone from beautifully curious and cute to stinging a lot. They’ve stung my husband a couple of times, and now stalk him through the entire acre we have to sting him, even when we haven’t been near the hive that day.

They have stung me 3 times in 72 hours. Once on my nose through the mesh of the hat.

It’s been a lot.

This is our first year beekeeping. And we’re now at month 5. In Quebec.

This is the first time I’ve been stung, and my husband’s third. He seems to get one a month.

Advice/information on what’s going on is welcome

Swarm cell: not sure what to do

I checked my hive 7 days ago but wasn’t able to go to the brood box because a storm came in.

Today I was able to do a full inspection and found a capped swarm cell (I think).

There aren’t any others. Maybe a couple of queen cups but they have nothing in them. There are maybe 2 more cups. But that’s it.

I couldn’t find the queen but I found SOME evidence she was there 3 days ago (eggs but not as many as I usually see).

The bottom box is full. I have brood, excluder, 2 deep supers.

There are a lot of bees in the brood box. And there’s been a lot of bearding but it’s been hot and wet.

I’m not sure if I should consider this a swarm situation? Or a replacement one etc.

I live in Quebec.

Advice on what’s next?
