I'm looking for a FOSS application that I can use with my toddler that allows them to easily switch and play with sounds, and possibly interacts with the LED pads on devices like the Novation Lauchpad Mini and LaunchKey Mini.

My hope is to find something that's easy to explore and muck around with for them.

I realise this might not be available but things like easy to use touch screen icons would be helpful.

I'm also open to Reaper Plugins if there's any suggestions

I just wanted to share my live stream of my pond.

I converted an old bathtub into an outdoor pond and I filter the water through a sand growbed to see what I can grow! An experiment!

What's in the pond?

The pond has 2 Goldfish and 11 White cloud minnows . I'm gradually adding things like snails and shrimp to help with algae blooms (though I'm not confident the shrimp survived I think they became snacks).

Pond plants include Elodea, and duckweed.

"Floating" plants are mint, green onion, garlic, and peace Lily.

My grow bed has tomato, basil and strawberry plants.

Music

The music in the background is a Lullabies EP that I wrote and had recorded. It loops the 5 tracks.

Streaming Equipment

The Livestream itself sometimes cuts out which is why I'm posting the "Live" link.

I'm using a 720p underwater "fishing" camera which I think is technically an endoscopic camera with bits added to help it stay in one spot.

It's limited to 720p because of the camera and the laptop being low power.

During night time, we can't see much live, so I've looped the video from during the day.

You'll notice that at around 2 or 3pm the light goes nuts because the sunlight reaches the pond. I'm open to simple suggestions for how I can make OBS studio adapt dynamically to the light but the laptop is pretty weak so for now I just shrug and accept it.

I personally find myself enjoying watching to see what my fish are up to. I can't believe how much I enjoy watching them.
