Dad-built gravel bike: 20 day update
Hello fellow cyclists. About 20 days ago I posted here about an orange gravel bike my dad built for me. I've since been riding it as my main bike and it's been an incredible experience.
Wasn't without hiccups though, as the bike required quite a few adjustments and fine-tuning for the first week or so. Mainly issues with the rear derailleur that we've since resolved. But also the transition from flat bars on my previous bike to drop bars, and tweaking the bike fit until it was comfortable.
It took a few days until it was truly riding smoothly but now it's functioning perfectly and I love it.
Overall this has been a great experience and I've learned a lot. I'm excited to see where the bike takes me. Thanks again dad!
