Thought I’d share my recent experience with Clempiq prep.

5:15 drank bottle
5:20 16 oz water
5:30 16 oz water
6:25 first sign of toilet needs
6:45 16 oz water
7:00 first loose one
7:20 2nd
7:30 16 oz water
7:55 3rd
8:00 starting to feel like crap overall, Burping
9:00 feeling blah like I could throw up but thankfully not. Staying close to the bathroom.
10:00 feeling ok. Calm before the storm??
12:20a 4th
1:15a 5th
2:20a 6th
2:30a 2nd bottle
3:35 again
4:00 again
4:10 again. Fin.

My 4th colonoscopy. Was the easiest prep so far. I had the bottles in the fridge. I think it helped. I also held my nose a few times. Decided I was just going to push to drink the damn bottles. First one was much easier than the second. Had endo as well. Pending polyps pathology from stomach.

I’d like a mid- to high level sewing machine for my daughter. I don’t want to make the same mistake when I purchased our first flute and had to upgrade shortly after when the player got better.

What sewing machine is useful to a beginner but still has the advanced features a mid to high level user desires? Cost really isn’t an issue. I want something that works and she can grow into. She makes lots of things but mostly dresses. She is 23 years old.
