Doubt regarding OBC ncl certificate in UPTAC
I have OBC ncl certificate issued by district magistrate which is in English. The format which they had given is in HIndi so will it be valid?
Also ,do I need to produce state obc caste certificate as it is mentioned that central one will not be accepted??
