sup guys hows the pokemon go scene near uottawa, are there a lot of gyms and pokemon go stops or nah

I know its a new program so prob not a lot of ppl have much info but any info is nice. I'm mostly interested in how the courseload is and how the coop is. I saw that the coop rate is 100% on the website and was wondering how true this is. Thanks
