Hi all, I have recently joined a business and I am in the process of bringing the company into the 21st century. Currently all invoices are done manually and sent via a PDF. We work for clients who pay us via a solicitor which currently means I could be completing work for Mr Jack Daniels but the money comes in through Mr Jim Beam LTD.

We could be doing lots of work through Mr Jim Beam LTD but only one job for Mr Jack Daniels, is it worth reconciling this money to Mr Jim Beam LTD and having Mr Jack Daniels as a reference or would it be better the other way around?
