A Quick And Easy One
Hello all. Quick and easy question that I couldn't find the right words to Google.
What's the name of the logical fallacy wherein someone says something like "It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing" and someone else says "This thing swings, therefore it means a thing!"
No, you've extrapolated very poorly.
It's gotta be one of the most basic and common fallacies, but I can't think of the name of it.
(Sorry for the odd example, thank you for the replies.)
