The rats damaged the fiber, making nest inside OFC distribution box and there were 8 LCO's who were confused and couldn't locate fault.

Work of top tier telecom company engineers.
Not mine but a Telecom company site.
I recently took a link from a Tier 1 ISP, they provide me link through BTS of a 2nd top telecom company.
The technician didn't visit site during patching and said to not to damage or break any patchcord or don't touch do anything else which result in downtime of any link.
How I'm supposed to not to touch any other cable or patchcord.
