There is hope!

Hi all, I've not been very interactive on here but I just wanted to let you all know you have helped on my journey. Last February (2025) I had a fibro scan and then had to have a meeting as my kpa was 16. After being told it was likely cirrhosis and that I had to immediately change. Bit of context I was 25 stones and 11 pounds at the time and had just had to drop therapy for my eating disorders that I had waiting years to get as I wanted to start monjaro. So had to choose physical over mental health (thanks NHS). I was left to deal with this with no follow up appointments . I spoke with the British liver trust charity who were incredibly helpful and supportive and free! Anyways 6 ultrasounds later (which suggested it was fatty liver) and 16 months (and 6 stone lighter)just been told my blood work is fine and that my kpa is now 4. So I'm being dismissed. I know not everyone has access to what I was given but I swam 4/5 times a week and created a routine. If anyone wants to know the swim routine please do let me know. If not I'm wishing you all recovery and peace of mind.
