What is the name of this launch pad?

I can find any info. I have no idea what those grey pieces are for. One leg had a lever. Maybe to adjust for the terrain?

Sometimes I fly rockets that go a few thousand feet high. GPS trackers are expensive. Is there something similar that I can buy that is not made for rockets hence a lot more affordable? Something ready and easy to use.
