Askerlikten muaf kalmak

Merhaba, 2027 yılında tecilim bitiyor ama kendimi ne şu an ne de gelecekte askerliğe hazır hissetmiyorum. Kapalı alanlarda ciddi panik ataklar yaşıyorum. Geçmişte de anksiyete, panik atak ve depresyon tanılarım oldu. Sadece 2025de 8-9 kez psikiyatriye gittiğim görünüyor. Bu yıl da 2-3 kere gitmişimdir. Şu anda iki normal bir yeşil reçeteli ilaç kullanıyorum.
Bu şartlarda askerlikten muaf tutulma ihtimalim olur mu? Süreç nasıl işliyor? Benzer şeyler yaşamış veya bu konuda bilgisi olan varsa yardımcı olursa çok sevinirim.

Is SwiftUI’s scroll-edge blur/dissolve header effect possible in Jetpack Compose?

I want this iOS effect where the top header blurs/darkens/dissolves as content scrolls under it. I’ve tried Haze and a few other public repos but none satisfied me. Is this possible in Compose?
