I just got a message that the yearly subsriction is about to leave my german bank account. 13.99 Euro

I was thinking in canceling it last month but I saw that is in the pre-notices of PayPal that it was setup for the old price insteadt 22.99 Euro and I might have a chance to surf a couch back this summer.
