I got hired recently as omni associate and attended my orientation day. I watched all the intro vids with the people manager and then did my cbls. I finished all of them the day of and even got to shadow omni people for the last hour or so. The people manager said to contact the assistant manager afterwards for my next shift, since im not on schedule but mentioned that they are on vacation now. I messaged the manager and got no response. Its been a few days, should I contact the store or wait till they reach out?
