Hi guys, any idea what this can be? He has this yellow wart looking thing on his nostril. Almost looks like an infection. Unfortunately, where I live, there are no vets to treat chameleons. Any advice would be highly appreciated. For the context, he is a one year old male vailed chameleon, has been eating drinking normal.
