First Tesla Model Y Parking Accident — Pay Cash or Use Insurance?

My sister accidentally hit a pillar while parking our leased Tesla Model Y at low speed. It caused some front bumper/trim damage and a small crack near the light area, but headlights and sensors seem okay.

This is our first incident/claim ever, so we’re trying to understand what realistic repair costs could look like for something like this.

We currently have Tesla Insurance with a $1000 deductible. Would it make more sense to:

- pay out of pocket, or

- go through insurance?

Trying to avoid a huge premium increase if possible. Anyone with similar Model Y repair experience or first-claim experience?
