New To Canning
This is my second year gardening from raised beds. I added 3 beds full of beans and wanted to preserve them for later. I’m clueless about canning. I see some Presto and All American canners recommended. Any recommendations on which canner to get? Space is not an issue. Also, are electric canners really that dangerous?
