Long timer
I am 27 years old and I’ve experienced sleep paralysis consistently since I was 11 years old. I’d say 4 out of 7 days of the week I go through sleep paralysis if I’m completely sober. I’ve struggled with substance abuse since I was 19 and I had a pill habit before 2020 that caused me to experience sleep hallucinations but nobody else that did these drugs has these same awake dream experiences that I have. I’m very curious if there is anyone out there that is going through this. I am now off the pills but I still get sleep paralysis 7/10 times I am sober.
