My company is actively thinking about switching to a different platform because of how horrible the renewal and purchase experience has been. For us to request a deal on trade-ups we have to pay a $200 fee just to get a quote. And the process for doing renewals with our discount is horrible weather through TD or directly through our agent just takes forever and sometimes we don't get responses.
Any help on this or if you could tell me how you handle your renewals would be amazing. I would rather not move away from them but we're close to hiring a part time personal because of how much time this is taking to deal with them.
We have a fortimanager and 90ish firewalls in the field.
