The local café uses it for promotion. I was terribly disappointed when I saw it running from afar and couldn't get a chance to make picture, but later I saw it again sitting on the market place.
Seen in a museum.
In the late '60 Citroën got interested in the Wankel motor. They designed a coupé based on the Ami 8, fitted with a 500 cm3 single rotor engine. 500 of these mules where "sold" to high annual mileage customers for testing.
At the end of the experiment most vehicles were bought back by Citroën, which explains why there are so few remaining.

This 50 year-old beauty is still running fine : it came from the Netherlands to D-Day beaches.
Production stopped around 1975, this beauty is about 50 years old. Spotted in France (near the D-Day beaches), comes from the Netherlands : still running fine !

Just take your "normal" Renault Kangoo (pic 4 & 5), cut off the upper back part of the body, weld the [remnants of] the side door (be cautious and don't cut the top of the tail light...), et voilà !

Recreationnal vehicule created in the late 60's (1968 I think) by Citroën, it's an ABS body on a 2CV chassis.
Very light (around 600 kg), its ABS body makes it dent free (after a minor hit it will return to its original shape).
According to the plate this one dates back to the early 80's.
