Something positive to say

I am an Spaniard and sometimes I witness other spanish people complaining about foreigners moving to our country increasing the cost of living etc..

I actually want to break a lance (romper una lanza) in favor to North American "expats".

Lately the amount of Americans moving to Spain is exploding in popularity.

I want to throw a perspective that I genuinely think and many miss.

Americans are very dynamic and fluid when it comes to spot opportunities to make money, increase productivity and create business.

That's why meanwhile they can learn from our more relaxed lifestyle and our ways of being, we can also learn about them and help each other.

Walk or cycle to/from Girona airport

Ever wondered if this is possible? It certainly is! The key is to use the gravel track that runs beside the GIV-5331 (starting at the roundabout north of the terminal) and ends at the GI-533 in Vilablareix.

At a brisk walking pace this took us about 2 hours to/from the Pont de Pedra.

There is free cycle parking on the ground floor of the airport carpark.

Inside the terminal building there is also a track pump and tool station ... very useful if you need to reassemble a bike that arrived boxed up.
