I was hacked by a remus stealer (also called session stealer)3 months ago. I scanned my pc with malwarebytes, and resetted all the passwords that were leaked. BUT somehow only my instagram account is getting hacked. I think it's because of instagram not refreshing tokens after changing password. Does anyone know how to refresh them?

I recently downloaded some mods / apks for my phone. I opened a mod and it showed me some random tabs and js closed. I thought it was weird and ran some anti virus apps, but said no maleware found(both on my pc and phone). I really need help on recovering my accounts and preventing from getting hacked again. Can anyone help me how to make this stop?
