does anyone have hobby recommendations? i realized all i do in my free time is sleep & scroll.

preferably something that doesnt take up a bunch of space as i live in a small apartment

no yard so cant garden

i do plan on starting to take daily walks but i dont necessarily like to answer the "what do you do in your spare time" question with "oh i walk" + i get lost in my thoughts easy.

im not very creative so art always frustrates me, definitely more academic/numbers brained

ive tried: crocheting, diamond painting, legos

thinking about reading. any book suggestions and should i get an ereader or physical books?

nothing seems to stick. any suggestions?!
