Return hassles.
Does anyone else get a guilt trip or hassle returning products. I have literally returned maybe 1 to 2 percent of my total purchase totals. A Bauer 1/4 impact and the Bauer hand held power washer. Both within 30 days and with a receipt Both times you would have thought it was coming out of the employees own pocket. Are employees encouraged to make the return process uncomfortable for their store metrics or something?
Customers should not be hassled about legitimate returns.
