Was at a card show last weekend and saw someone with a overframe dark magician girl card. Really brought me back to my childhood. I’d like to add one of these to my TCG collection but I’m having a hard time understanding these things. There’s like 3-5 different levels of these cards? What’s the difference and is this JP only?

Should I wait to get English copies or hunt the JP? I’m not in it for the money but I don’t want to buy an over hyped card that will get continuously reprinted or brought over to English.

Any advice or guidance is appreciated… as I have never purchased yugioh before
