10 Years of H-1B LCA Data in Frisco, TX — Who’s Hiring, What Jobs, and Prevailing Wages

27,347 total LCA records, with 25,497 approved, roughly 93% of the records shown.

1,156 employers filed LCAs in Frisco during the period.

The Top 10 employers account for 6,392 approved LCAs (25.1%), while the remaining employers account for 19,105 (74.9%).

Caprus IT Inc. leads the Top-10 employers with 1,420 approved LCAs, followed by Mythri Consulting LLC (979) and Sage IT Inc. (852).

Technology occupations dominate: Software Developers, Applications (9,095) and Software Developers (6,086) are by far the largest job categories.

The overall median prevailing wage is $86,923. The dashboard shows a substantial rise over time—from about $60.1K in 2016 to $103.3K in FY2026 Q1–Q3.

Approved LCA volume peaked at 2,761 in 2023. FY2026 currently shows 1,879, but that year is only Q1–Q3, so it shouldn't be directly compared with completed fiscal years.

The LCA data shows H-1B-related labor-condition filings, but it does not show an employer’s total workforce or citizenship/immigration-status breakdown. So I’m interested in hearing from people who actually work at these companies.

Passed AI-901

I passed AI-901 today with a score of 833. Horrible experience with the proctor. He kept interrupting me asking me not to talk during the exam. I didn’t make any sound whatsoever! I told him that he is annoying me and I can’t concentrate. He terminated my test 5 minutes sooner . I didn’t know what happened and didn’t know whether I passed or failed. After 10 minutes, I received an email from Microsoft congratulating me for passing the exam.
But the certificate isn’t available in my MS learn yet.

My background is in Telecommunications Engineering. Dealt with data in RF engineering side for many years without the modern tools. Mostly bash scripts/ VBA/Visual Basic etc. About 3 years ago I started with Power BI and did many exciting and challenging projects. I am PL-300 certified. About 6 months ago I started with Fabric trial and finished a few good projects. I got my DP-700 certification today and very excited. At the same time I’m concerned that I might loose my skills because of not having Fabric subscription due to pricing. I am trying to pivot to Data world from telecom. What are my chances?
