Which neighborhoods am I overlooking? Looking for better drive to DIA.
Looking to potentially move from Baker/Wash Park/Platt Park area to be closer to the airport. It consistently takes about an hour to and from the airport and with the frequency that I have to travel that is becoming a major annoyance.
I would consider renting or buying and would need 3 beds/2 baths. Rent I'd go to $4k and purchase I'd be looking around $800k.
Looking for all of the typical things: at least somewhat walkable or having a town center, safe for families, decent schools, ideally access to hiking or walking trails.
I am open to the suburbs too. Some of the northern suburbs with more direct access to 70 seem like they could shave off 30ish minutes from my drive.
