Nico's retirement caused by a pebble from Lawson's car triggered the safety pull

I mean how much bad luck can you have?!
This is getting more and more ridiculous!
But what would've happened if Nico pitted just one lap after Liam (which btw had a bad pit stop with 6.6s vs. 2.6) and getting in front of him? Maybe he could put a gap in between showing his real pace and probably finished in P7.
What I wanna say is yes, it was bad luck, but could the team have avoided it? Probably yes!

What are your thoughts?

Williams strategy should be penalized

What Williams did (again!) is really anti-racing and should be penalized!
I know it's difficult for FIA to define when it's too much blocking but they should do something about this unfair behavior.
I get it that this is a team sport but such a strategy to block contenders just to get a free pit stop for your teammate and yourself is bonkers!
Albon slowed down massively just that Sainz could get in before Hulk came behind Albon.
I get it that Hulk was so frustrated at the end and wanted to pass Sainz at the Hairpin.

What are your thoughts?
Do you think a 10s penalty for Nico was okay?

promising FP1 result

After FP1 it looks quite promising for Audi. P7 fur HUL and P9 for BOR. it looks that MGU-K can compensate the Turbo lag quite well and as the chassis is one of the best (according to Binotto 4th best), points are definitely possible if they don't have any reliability issue.

expectations for Canada GP?

what are your expectations for Audi's Canada GP weekend? Do you think their major reliability issues especially during Miami GP weekend are now fixed?
Are they competitive again in the front of the midfield or again behind Alpine, Williams, Haas?
What rankings are realistic for Nico and Gabi?
Does Audi plan to bring some upgrades in Canada?

I really hope they have fixed the reliability issues and can now focus on performance to maximize the package.

should Audi be more transparent in their communication about failures?

When Nico or Gabi cannot start or finish their race, the official communication was always like 'technical issue' or something similar. From what I know, no details were ever provided.
I think they are very secretive and tight-lipped in their communication.
I wish they change this in the future because as fans we want to know what the problems are they are currently facing. It's obvious that they have reliability issues and I don't think their competitors gain any advantage of a transparent and open communication.

Now what do you guys think of it? Are you happy with Audi's communication about their failures?
