HIRING CHATTERS
We're looking for experienced chatters to join our growing team.
🕐 Available Shifts
Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
- 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM CST
Saturday – Sunday
- 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST
💰 Pay: $3/hour + 3–5% commission (based on performance)
📈 High performers will have opportunities for salary and commission increases over time.
Requirements:
- Verifiable chatting experience
- Spanish and English (B2+ or higher)
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Able to follow systems and SOPs
- Team player with a strong work ethic
We don't care how long you've been a chatter—we care about results. Whether you've been chatting for 3 months or 3 years, what matters is that you can prove you consistently generated strong revenue during your shifts.
