My xolo mix has red bumps that I believe is from dry skin. What products or regimens should I start with him? We've been doing coconut oil (the vet recommended this) and just Vaseline on his neck or parts be can't really lick....I don't feel like its helping. Also included pics of the dogs whole body so you can see what I'm working with here.
