What can I do to help bring period back?
6.5 months off birth control and have only had the withdrawal bleed and 1 natural period. I’m taking a handful of supplements/vitamins. Has anyone here tried vitex (chasteberry) and did it help bring back a period? Thanks in advance for any advice!!
