Starting Zepbound
Hi everyone 💛
I’m a 5’7 female currently weighing 286 lbs, and my doctor recently approved me to start Zepbound sometime in July/August. I’m excited, but definitely nervous too 😭
I’ve struggled with weight gain over the last several years due to a lot of life stress, and I’m finally feeling ready to make sustainable changes and improve my health long-term. My main goals are weight loss, improving my prediabetes/cholesterol risk, and just feeling better physically overall.
